What is Involved?
Our fire risk assessments are comprehensive and take into consideration the latest British Standard requirements across your fire safety systems and follows the 5 step process set out which is includes;
We not only ensure you meet your legal obligations but we will ensure you fully understand the findings in your assessment and what our recommendations are towards helping you to reduce those risks further.
The 5 Step Process

- Identify people at risk
- Evaluate, reduce or remove risks
- Record, prepare and provide training
- Regularly review
Annual Reviews
Your Fire Risk Assessment should be reviewed annually, or whenever any building changes occur, whichever comes sooner.
As our customer, we will remind you of your upcoming annual review date so you don't need to. We offer annual reviews to our customers at discounted rates.
